About the role:

Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the company’s growth and strategic initiatives.
Provide financial insights and analysis to aid in decision-making, cost optimization, and revenue Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management and external stakeholders.
Cash Flow Management: Manage the company’s cash flow, including the collection of accounts receivable and payment of accounts payable.
Implement effective cash flow forecasting and optimization strategies.
Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance profitability.
Financial Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
Manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the finance department.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Maintain insurance policies and risk management procedures.
Strategic Financial Guidance: Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial insights and recommendations for business strategy development and execution.
Evaluate investment opportunities and make recommendations to optimize the company’s financial position.

About the required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field MBA-ACCA preferred.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role within the software or technology industry.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
